IMPORTANT: Inspect Before you Sign 

Please forward to the appropriate department so they are prepared upon delivery.

Due to the size of this equipment, internal damage may occur even if the outer packaging appears intact. Thorough inspection is required before signing the driver's delivery receipt.

Inspection Instructions:

• Open the packaging fully and inspect all sides of every item before signing.
• You have 30 minutes before additional charges may apply for delaying the driver.
• If the driver refuses full inspection, do NOT sign. Request to speak with the local freight terminal manager and have the shipment marked as damaged or refuse the shipment.

If items are in good condition:

• Sign and date the delivery receipt.

If any damage is found:

• Write “DAMAGED” on the delivery receipt with detailed notes of the issue, then sign/date.
• Accept undamaged items and refuse only the damaged packages.
• The driver must leave you a copy of the delivery receipt.

IMPORTANT:
Contact us before the driver leaves if damage is discovered.
If the delivery receipt is signed without noting damage, the right to file a freight claim may be void.

The factory cannot cover freight company damages.
