Inspect before you sign

Forward this information to the proper department to ensure correct shipment handling.

• Large shipments may sustain internal damage even if packaging looks intact.
• Inspect all items and sides before signing the delivery receipt.
• Open packaging fully; you have 30 minutes to inspect before additional charges apply.
• If the driver refuses inspection, do not sign. Contact the local freight terminal or refuse the shipment.

If shipment is undamaged:

• Sign and date the delivery receipt.

If damaged:

• Write “DAMAGED” on the receipt with details, sign, and date.
• Accept undamaged shipments; refuse damaged ones if possible.
• Contact us immediately before the driver leaves for assistance.
