Important: Inspect Before you Sign

Please share this information with the appropriate department before delivery. Because of the size and weight of this equipment, hidden damage may occur even if the exterior packaging appears intact. A full inspection is required before signing the delivery receipt.

Inspection Requirements:

• Fully open packaging and inspect every side of all items before signing.
• You have 30 minutes to inspect before additional driver wait-time charges apply.
• If the driver refuses full inspection, do NOT sign. Contact the local freight terminal manager and request the shipment be marked as “inspection not allowed,” or refuse the shipment.

If the contents are undamaged:

• Sign and date the delivery receipt.

If any damage is found:

• Write “DAMAGED” on the delivery receipt with detailed notes.
• Sign and date.
• Accept undamaged portions and refuse only the damaged items.
• Keep a copy of the receipt.

IMPORTANT:
Contact us before the driver leaves if damage is discovered.
If the receipt is signed clear with no damage notation, freight claim rights may be voided. The factory cannot cover damages caused by the freight carrier.
